  • Custom Orders: For custom – made furniture items, the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order. Typically, custom orders take 2 – 4 weeks to process before shipment. We will keep you informed of the estimated processing time when you place your custom order.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: After your order is processed, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 – 7 business days. However, delivery times may be affected by factors such as your location, product availability, and seasonal demand. For remote areas, it may take an additional 1 – 2 business days.
  • Delivery to Specific Regions: We deliver to all states within the United States. If you are located in a large city or a major metropolitan area, you can expect your order to arrive at the earlier end of the delivery time range. For rural or less – accessible areas, please allow for a longer delivery period.
